Shipping policy

When you’re done placing your order and submitting your payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Kindly contact us via Email if you do not get the confirmation email or if you experience another issue with your order. Once your payment is verified and the order processed, the parcel will be shipped.

Deliveries are done by our various shipping partners  from Monday to Friday.  If we receive your order before 2pm, we will ship it the next day in most cases. If we receive it after 2pm, your order will most likely be shipped after one business day. Orders are usually delivered within 24 hours but please allow for 2days to be on the safe side and up-to 7 Business Days for locations outside Kenya..

Please carefully check and confirm your address and contact information. In the event of a failed delivery, your order will be reshipped and you might be charged additional shipping fees.

Kindly note that deliveries are only done Monday-Friday.
